2nd Women Empowerment Summit held

Today, women are advancing at an equal pace, writing success stories in every sector. They are creating their own employment as well as creating a new identity. Analyzing the context of Bangladesh, it can be seen that the success of women is not only in urban areas, but thousands of successful women can be found in remote areas. Those who are moving forward with success and making important contribution to the economic development of the country.

Currently, women in Bangladesh are strengthening their position as successful workers or entrepreneurs in their workplaces. In continuation of this, Women Empowerment Summit 2023 was held for the 2nd time at Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) organized by Bangladesh Innovation Forum and Bangladesh Women in Technology (BWIT) to inspire women in various initiatives.

The day-long event covered innovation for start-ups, fundraising, which skills are important for a professional career, the use of artificial intelligence in business, software development, expanding a company across borders and what skills women need to lead a company. etc.

Along with that, we see many successful women around us and their success seems natural in our eyes but they also came to this position today after going through many ups and downs, so this is our summit today on how to overcome adversity and become successful.
